We aim to post out within 2 working days from date of order, this may be slightly longer at busy times or if your order is a custom order. We do not post out at weekends, we do not deliver the same day or use drones.
We ship internationally using Royal Mail International tracked services - for combined postage rates, please contact us before purchase

If your order is a gift - please tell us not to include an invoice in the parcel but email it to you instead, if required.
A gift note can be included for the recipient,with your own wording which is free of charge but you do need to tell us what you'd like written + trust our scribble is legible
If your parcel goes astray - we will provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number, be assured we will do our very best to help trace it but we take no responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post. We are happy to send you a scan of your postage receipt/ proof of postage. It's best to check with your local sorting office first, in case a red delivery card has not been left at your address or has been signed for by a neighbour / other person.
We do not take responsibility for or pay for international custom charges.
Returned parcels : Repeat postage costs apply if you'd like us to re-send returned parcels. Parcels will only be dispatched after postage payment is made. If you prefer, a refund for the original item cost will be processed. Depending on the original payment method, this can take 5-10 days to reach your account. We do not refund postage on items that are returned to us as 'not collected' by customer. We do not offer a personal collection service of returned items.
Items that are damaged in the post - please tell us via the Contact page + please include a photo of the damaged item
